Verifone, Inc.
Mr.
Swartzburg co-founded a social networking
and e-commerce business internet company
and participated in several initial public
offerings. Mr.
Swartzburg began his accounting career
with Ernst & Young, LLP, and holds a Bachlors
Degree in Business Administration, Accounting
and a Masters of Business Administration.

Mr. Barlow is a native of Los Angeles
and an alumnus of the University of Southern
California, whose practice has emphasized
entertainment related matters and business
issues.
He began his career as a principal and
founder of a national employers services
company, where he served as general counsel
and then as Chief Operating Officer. Mr.
Barlow has consulted on numerous litigation
matters, serving of counsel to some of
the most influential law firms in the
U.S.

John Wilson

Director and Music Director
John is a renowned music producer, arranger,
songwriter, film composer, vocal coach,
artist, and music industry production
executive. For over two decades he has
worked internationally with such notable
artists as Barry White, Janet Jackson,
Latoya Jackson, The O'Jays, Minako Honda
(Japan), David Lee (Taiwan) The Max (New
Zealand), Hearthrob (Africa), and many
more. John has scored five films and is
the first person to take Gospel Music
to Japan.
John
was head of Real Entertainment's Music
Division (Jerry Springer-Cops) where he
helped sell over $100 million dollars
in video product. John has worked with
actor Alfonso Riberio (Fresh Prince of
Bel Air). John is also known as "Sly"
is performance group Sly, Slick & Wicked,
now on display in The Rock & Roll Hall
of Fame. John received the prestigious
"Men of Motown Award" and was recently
the Private Vocal Coach to LaToya London,
third runner up on American Idol. John
regularly fosters and facilitates music
industry opportunities and professional
relationships, executes a wide variety
of music contracts, and is consistently
active in a broad array of special music
events and projects throughout the world.

Rosine Jarrin
Director
of Talent and Business Development
Rosine Jarrin has immersed herself in
all areas of the Entertainment Industry,
and most intricately in Music and Television.
She began her career working for Helen
Koushnick, Jay Leno's Manager and shortly
after found herself in numerous Tonight
Show skits. Rosine continued her career
at MCA/Universal Records, where she worked
along side Marketing & PR, as well as,
the head of A&R. From there, she had the
opportunity to join Elektra Records, where
she gained experience working with the
Vice President and Director of Publicity.
Rosine pursued her education in Radio,
TV & Film at Cal State LA. Following CSLA,
she began working at Warner Bros TV where
she worked on various sit-coms, but always
found time to showcase musician's on the
side. Working with bands eventually led
her to upstart her indie record label,
RAVED Records. Rosine is also involved
in a variety of charities and humanitarian
causes. She's worked on the Board of "Hollywood
Hope", a charity to help find a cure for
cancer for the City of Hope. Rosine contributes
and supports "Feed the Hungry", "The Elizabeth
Taylor Foundation", "The Elton John Aids
Foundation", Animal Rights via "PETA",
"Best Friends Animal Society", and Music
Charities like the "Kids Rock Free Fender
Guitars", "The Mr. Hollands Opus Foundation"
and the "National Association for Music
Education". As a team player with World
Peace Now, Rosine aspires to make a difference
in people's lives and looks forward to
evolving in her career within the Music
Industry.
