EarthOne Music, Inc. ("EarthOne"), is a company that combines entertainment production, including large concerts and television broadcasts, with the latest technology communications, such as music and video distributed over internet and wireless device networks. EarthOne is a partner to all cause-based events, bringing awareness through its trademarked World Peace Now™ (WPN) platform for Global Broadcasts and Concert Events and other cause-based productions.

The events are purposely fitted for cause-marketing endeavors using music, mass-media and broadcasting to entertain, unite, inspire and empower communities around the world. EarthOne’s strategic objective is to become the premier producer of global cause-based entertainment events.

EarthOne will use its proprietary technology platform, "EarthCom1™," a multi-lingual MySpace-like social networking platform, to interact with its global events, and stream its world wide video and music in a YouTube-like format.

EarthOne will differentiate itself through its cause-based philanthropy driving money to non-profit charities, its efforts to unite the world through cross-cultural exchanges, and through third-world accessible e-commerce. EarthOne hopes its ongoing productions will reach the world’s billions of people.

Proceeds from World Peace Now™ and other EarthOne events sponsorship, sales of merchandise, ticket sales, e-commerce, affiliate and internet advertising will benefit UNICEF and various global non-profit organizations.

Legal Structure

EarthOne Music, Inc., a Nevada Corporation, is the exclusive producer of World Peace NOW™ (WPN), and plans to produce ongoing various humanitarian cause-based events beyond WP1.

EarthOne plans to launch new forms of online global communications and technologies, and create perpetual revenue streams to build the company and sustain the non-profit charities, in their respective missions.

EarthOne Music, Inc., is governed by a Board which includes the executive officers. Positions on the Board will be filled by an Independent Member, who will serve as the Chair of the Audit Committee, and other known Entertainment Industry leaders. EarthOne Music, Inc., will be audited annually by a Big Four auditing firm.
